Here is another selection from our collection of comic pinbacks given away with cigarettes 100 years ago. Cartoonists of the time each drew dozens of comic images based upon their characters and catch-phrases. The pin on the left about going sober was drawn by an unknown artist (initials T.E.P.). The one on the right poking fun at overgrown beards was by Rube Goldberg. They were originally packaged for Hassan and Tokio Cigarettes. We have set them in fine silver bezels soldered to our custom-designed, sturdy one-piece sterling silver cufflink post. (For more about this collection, please click here.)
